Copy /Paste from deleted Limb Lengthening Forum post. They told me to go to Looksmax forum's if I wanna be a GigaChad so here I am. Femurs or Tibias brothers? The height gain is 4cm in both.

Don't mind the dropped shoulder. I'll be spine-maxing with Schroth therapy to reduce Quasimodo in a couple months. Should be able to gain ~1cm from the process. Leaving me ~175.5 . Currently ~174.5cm, looking to LLmax up to ~178.5 cm (~5.10 1/4). Imo these pics will look very close to real results so if you're curious what post-LL would like like here you go.

JackHanmamaxxing is legit. Also will look into the Schroth Method, already heard about it... Could be useful for me because I have the same problem (mine is caused by positional Scoliosis).

Sorry I forgot to rate, but do an equal amount of LL on both so you keep proportions... Will try to find the book, thanks a LOT!!!

If you’re goal is only 4cm it doesn’t really matter what you lengthen proportion wise but arguably femur’s are safer and easier to recover

do not do it

As long as you're doing 5cm with a good surgeon you'll be very safe. The only issue is that the people that do this surgery usually need or want more than 5cm.

True, i'm worried about walking as well though as well and I think a longer tibia is better for better walking aesthetics. Also Neanderthals had long femurs so i'm trying to stay away from that.

Why femurs? At such low lengthening levels I think tibia shouldn't be a problem.

4cm isn’t enough for it to look off it’s well within proportion especially if you’re wearing shorts.
With tibias I’d be more worried about visible scarring apparent when wearing shorts

I've heard about hypertrophy of the calves when you get tibia lengthening too. Sometimes a second procedure is necessary to reduce. Usually just at over 4cm though. I'll go as low as 3.45cm gain and still hit the surgery if it means no hypertrophy and secondary issues. The whole Limb lengthening realm is pretty new and sketch in general so there's new issues to take into account all the time.

Strictly aesthetics what you thinking though? IMO my original looks the worst. But give your honest opinion not taking what I just said into account lol.

You ever wonder what the walk would be like post LL? I've heard it's easier than lifts. I've worn 1.5in lifts with no problem. I think tibia is easier for walking regularly than femur. I can't picture how you could walk normal with long femurs. Also taking squatting into account long tibias are always better. I mentioned possibly hypertrophy in the calves in my post above. Seems kind of messed up. I'd rather have them become skinnier than bulkier after surgery.

I'm also trying to pull info from the associates taking the Whatsapp messages and stuff for the docs in other countries. The one i'm talking to said that tibia seems easier post-op in terms of walk. I can't justify femur because long femurs are a Neanderthal trait.

Aesthetics wise femur gives better proportions. Looks like ur taller w femur than w tibia idk y

Yeah I see what you’re saying. I dunno why but I just can’t lengthen femurs knowing that it’s a Neanderthal trait, I’m gonna do some measurements and see where I’m at in terms of tibia/femur ratio.

I have mild scoliosis (see dropped shoulder in pics) So I can try to wrench my upper body straighter a bit by doing rotational breathing, and realigning my body slowly, I’m highly doubting a full 1.5cm tho, i’m expecting more like half a centimetre if that, it’s more just for aesthetics. Plus if I hit LL that’s gonna be a year and a half of no women 100% and I just turned 28 so I can’t really play at this point. Plus just started a good career so I can’t risk that either with all this BS. I’m hitting rhino I think still tho. I just had a consult today. Rhino would help my aesthetics maybe 5% so I’ll see no improvement women wise but fuck it. I’m just gonna keep hitting gym and get thick.

Yeah bro I have nerd neck posture. Need to fucking fix that shit. If I can get a cm even that’s fine. I’ll larp as 175 instead of rn 173 so now 5’9. That’s enough for me.

Haven't seen the video so can't comment on it. When you're being safe it is very safe and by being safe I mean doing 5cm with a good surgeon. I don't mean going to Turkey where some people have even gotten failed hair transplants and expecting a good result LL result. Only an idiot would cheap out on this type of surgery. I do agree that 5cm is not worth it for most people. The ones want it the MOST benefit from it the least unless they do double LL. The people who are already are decent height (5"10/178) will get up to 6ft and might even be 6"1 in some shoes.

Are you saying at 5'8-5'10 you can be Chad with one surgery so it's worth, but at 5'5 you'll need 10cm so you're basically forced to do two?

Realistically some countries have the worlds weakest most felted men tho. Watch a soccer game versus hockey. A light hit to the shin in soccer and they're instantly felted. This video proves literally nothing, find me a Canadian or American that acts that felted and I'll believe and refrain from surgery.

I would say so yeah but at the end of the day it's still better to always be taller no matter how tall you'll end up being. I just have a feeling that the guys that will end up 6" will see big changes in their life. If you have the money for a good surgeon why not.

That's a fair point. Thing people don't think this through. Like this surgery wouldn't be a thing if it was as risky as people claim it out to be

Yeah I keep seeing people saying just "not being short" is the goal (on leg lengthening form), but most of them still end up short. You want to get to 5'10 at least which is a true average, if not on the lower end of average. Lots of these guys end up 5'8 or 5'9, so they're still going to have issues competing against the average guy. I'm pretty good looking (been told multiple times) so for me the LL would put me at a huge advantage. I also checked my proportions and i'm heavily femur weighted for length already compared to your average male model. In the pics it looks a bit weird. The guys who do quadrilateral will not be as aesthetic as a true 6' guy imo but the help will still be enormous. At 5'10 you can use bars, tinder, and common events in your area to pick up girls. Under this you are still forced into mutual friends, meeting through work, etc so there's not much of a point.

I will say that doctors in general can be pretty suspect, and you're dealing with the lowest quality of doctors in leg lengthening. I don't want to call out names, but there's videos of top doctors going into all the issues that can arise and that will need to be treated, and then you have other doctors saying they have a 100% success rate. The vibe i'm getting from all this is the top doctors want to say the surgery is very risky so that everyone thinks you have to come to them and monopolize LL completely to raise the prices, and then you have low quality doctors on the other size of the world who actually don't really know what they're doing but because it's an "easy" procedure are able to enter into the market and mess up. I don't trust going to some places because of the quality of the work and their understanding of aesthetics. I've been to non-white doctors in Canada who don't understand aesthetics. I had braces where the orthodontist created a gap in one of my teeth because one of the teeth were smaller and he said he would get someone to build it up after getting braces off. He referred me to an immigrant doctor who was like "No it looks okay without anything being done" wtf. So she was essentially just like "No I don't see the need" and was going to leave me with a gap in my teeth that was purposely created by an orthodontist. She built it up anyways and my teeth look 100% aesthetic thanks to the white ortho, and the immigrant doctor who followed suit to the ortho's instructions. I just think in third-world you will have a doctor be like "oh who cares if you are a little out of alignment after, all anyone cares about is being taller!" I'm staying away from these mentalcel doctors

Yeah I have the same thoughts. Like with every surgery people really have to put in effort and work to research stuff. I also read that in a few years from here a nail that was used before will be coming back. It will make the recovery a lot better for patients. I mean if I have the opportunity I'll get it at 25, seems like a good age when bones still recover fairly quickly.

I agree. Best surgeon doesn't have to be the most expensive. I'd always suggest surgeons that have been the longest in business and that do a lot of surgeries per year. They view your individual case and suggest you the safest option. A cheaper surgeon might be desperate for money and just say of course we can do that and just hope he doesn't have to go trough a law suit later.

How old are you guys serious? If I weren't older (28) I would be saving up right now. It's worse as you get older and you're more locked into a job and personality no longer matters as much. Height becomes a quick "Yes" from the women because it takes no effort or time to discover. I still have decent women matching me on apps so i'm not gonna go through with this I don't think, it's still hard to meet them in person because they flake and have lots of options.

You good looking then? You kind of need that to be matching on dating apps. You’re probably not aspie just manlet. I think manlet probably caused your aspie. At 22 I was at bars all the time, got tons of numbers and tons of flakes. When I had super confidence at times I would get laid but it felt like it was always on the verge of crumbling, but when I wear lifts it feels like permanent confidence. Legit at average (5’10.25) I begin to feel the privilege of being a man. I always thought being a man was harder and didn’t understand when women said men are ungrateful that women have to cater to them often, but then just realized being a short man is the only hard thing and women do truly simp for even an average height guy who puts in 0 effort into his looks and life.

U Heater, good comment. I’ll check when I get home, it’s crazy because my legs still make up most of my height according to my inseam length of 83cm, but my tibias are JFL apparently. According to artists “model” figures the hip/V line to the mid knee should be about 1.25:1 to the mid knee to ankle (higher or lower ankle, doesn’t make a huge difference) and mine was almost 1.5:1. I thought I was making a calculation mistake but checked from multiple different angles and photos (photos can distort based on bad camera lenses). I can take exact measurements when I get home from gym. I’m legit staring and dudes knees at the gym rn.

I’m the opposite my shins are very long. They belong on like a 6’1+ guy. My knee height is 22.25 inches or thereabouts which is well above avg. whereas my butt to knee length (closests measurement to actual length of the femur) is only 23 inches. So my femurs are very short compared to my lower legs and it shows. My inseam is also 32 inches which is weird as my total leg length is 41 inches from floor to hips.

How tall are you? What part of your knee are you measuring to. Like the bottom, where the femur connects in (Middle), or top? Also why did you vote I should lengthen femur if my tibias are so short.

I’m a little bit taller than you at 176 and this how I measured my knee height.

I chose femur by mistake because I originally saw the first pic where your photoshopped longer Tibias and thought that was how you already look.

tbf a 1 inch difference in tibial length is actually a huge difference because it’s a substantial percentage of standing height. Nevertheless your lower legs aren’t as short as I thought nor how they look. And your femurs are a bit long for your height. You’re a “spinecel” like me I guess.

I think it comes down to the fact that I have a 24 Degree Cobb angle in my spine. So yeah i'm a true spinecel. I just found out recently. So I think I could gain 2.25cm in height if I completely corrected this. I'm gonna try in the next few months and see what height I can crank out of my spine.
