MK677 - 20mg E2D(8 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
CJC1295DAC - 100mcg E3D(8 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
Aromasin(Exemestane) - experiment with dosages until my E2 levels crash

Androgenmaxxing:
Clomid - 25mg ED(12 weeks on, 4 off)
Proviron - 50mg ED(12 weeks on, 4 off)??? Unsure

Supplements:
Life extension 2-per-day multivitamin V1(google it, the list is too long to paste in here)
Butea superba - 400mg ED
Vitamin E - 268mg ED
Vitamin D3(125ug) with K2 MK-7(120ug) and Magnesium L-threonate(250mg) - ED
Creatine - 5g ED
Ashwagandha - 500mg ED(4 weeks on, 2 off)
1.2g of NAC ED for liver protection

Diet:
200-300+ calorie surplus
140g animal protein(2g/kg of bw)
High fat(140g of fat)
2.3l of whole organic pasteurised milk(can't get it raw), 4 eggs, 200g 20% beef mince
White rice, potatoes, honey and fruit for carbs

Lifestyle:
Fullbody stretches(10 min ED)
Gym 3x a week - fullbody(focusing on compound movements)
Sprints 3x a week(5 sets of 20-25 second sprints)
10 hours of sleep
Low stress
Sunlight

how can you afford proviron 50mg for 12weeks then
anyway i really recommend manifesting the funds for it as zuclomiphene stays in the body for brtual time and might give you e2 side effects

I'm taking aromatise inhibitor tho, wouldn't that counteract the E2 side effects? And also proviron is £36 for 25mg*60(8 weeks) and enclomophine is £40 for 12.5mg*30(4 weeks). Basically twice as cheap
