From skinny to kinda fit-100 push ups and 5 g of creatine per day.

I know it’s not impressive :)))))) But still, do that for 1 month.Its legit and it’s a good step for gymmaxing.

Just do pull ups and dips instead

Push ups are legit combined with 5 g of creatine and 3 l of water fr.Also do some squats

I know it’s not impressive :)))))) But still, do that for 1 month.Its legit and it’s a good step for gymmaxing.
It's better than doing nothing but to build muscle you need to add progressive overload. 100 pushups everyday will become redundant after a certain point. You might wanna make it harder by doing different types of pushups to add more tension and constantly build muscle (eg. decline pushups, clap pushups, weighted pushups ,diamond pushups).

Also pushups only work your chest, triceps, shoulders. If you're stuck at home then add in pullups and squats to work other muscles.

Good results for 1 month though. Keep it up OP.

definitely possible, there is a small percentage in population, on which creatine doesn't work unfortunately. I feel bad for them.

Try epiduo for acne, will take until end of quarantine and you'll get good results.

Sadly 18% bodyfat. If only those last 5% went down.
 
u need to be doing much more, i do 100 pushups as a warmup for the rest of my bodyweight training
