It's better than doing nothing but to build muscle you need to add progressive overload. 100 pushups everyday will become redundant after a certain point. You might wanna make it harder by doing different types of pushups to add more tension and constantly build muscle (eg. decline pushups, clap pushups, weighted pushups ,diamond pushups).I know it’s not impressive))))) But still, do that for 1 month.Its legit and it’s a good step for gymmaxing.

Also pushups only work your chest, triceps, shoulders. If you're stuck at home then add in pullups and squats to work other muscles.
