Bro your chad just do more intense workouts, fast sprints, sauna, etc to decrease body fat, chew gum to increase massader muscles.
It is distorded but yeah I lack some ramus lenght to compensate the cheeks volume it seems, hope chewing hard devices would cope my ramus mass over years associated with lean proteins regimen, anyway whey proteins are too pricy and uncertain to consume anyway, I think i should even reduce saturated fat aside of sugars cause it seems not enough for the latter, red meat if definitely not the most optimal to cut
 
Also increase your testosterone as much as possible naturally and that will combat your face fat, etc.

How do u explain than my body is lean with clearly no amount of visceral fat and naturally developped muscle mass ?

Agree, stick to a strict diet for probably a year it will be hard but trust the process and eat a lot of potassium to increase definition of face and cut all sodium my friend. It will bloat face a lot. Drink milk to increase bone mass to.

Are you consistent? Honestly? And hormones have to do a lot with it aswell. Might have to go to doctor or professional to assess why your fat distribution is off.

Even if i walk 2km a day and some resistance exercices with bands and dips push up i am more on the sedentary curve, but the most part of my family has and had proeminent cheeks
 
Damn man that’s unfortunate, how much water do you drink a day, and how much pottisiam? Also veganmaxx?

2 L a day, on my last blood test my potassium was at max range so I guess I consume enough overall as almonds dark chocolate, banana everyday and so on, but maybe my salt intake on red meat can be optimized, also maybe some residual low grade allergia to correct and some toxins to flush so maybe I need to sweat more often cause my back break out very much

Okay that’s sounds good. Keep on eating redmeat, dark chocolate, etc, seems like you are pretty aware of your nutrition and diet but I would try sauna or steam room if you haven’t already is targets full body and can burn face fat to.

Yo bro also try to use a guasha or get face massages to drain your lymph nodes.
Strong possibility than my lymphatic system is the issue cause I bloat a lot when waking up and having blue on undereyes support after the day
