If I went to turkey to dr. Suleyman tas the price for the surgery and the hotel would be 4000€. in addition to that the flight costs and everything that comes with travelling. So its not a huge difference imo. A difference of 1500€ maybe.

I dont have many interactions with Iran. sadly, I cant speak iranian. My turkish is enough to speak it, write and communicate.

I read in a thread that Slovenia charges 1k for this. Seriously bro 5k€ is huge for a rhino, even in France it's way less, it's around 2k to 4k MAX

Plastic surgery in germany is overpriced in general. that sucks. But if you include travelling etc. the difference for me isnt that much. I also dont want to spend a day in a eastern european hospital.

I would recommand fixing your major falios before doing the nose though imo, if you are recessed fix it before

I think I am sure that I am just slightly recessed. Its harder to fix that. Nobody would do orthodentical surgeries on me in germany because I am nowhere recessed as some other folks. What options do people have that are just slightly recessed with surgeries? Only the heavy invasive ones. The gains would be literally lesser than the gains in rhinoplasty.
