just ran 4 miles before 6 AM. 5'7" 132. fully grown but no chest hair or otherwise secondary sexual characteristics on torso cept for lil barely visible happy trail due to low androgens and fucked up puberty. small limp dick.

Do you lift weights? I believe lifting weights is the best way to boost testosterone, so I think you should prioritize that over cardio. I ran track for 4 years in high school and I enjoy running over weight lifting, but as incels I think we have to prioritize bodybuilding.
