front isnt as bad as i thought just fix your mouth and jaw idk how to fix ur philtrum so do some research on it. when you fix those maybe rhino and cantho. u have a recessed maxilla and very low cheekbones but hte only way to fix those is surgery and idk if u wanna do that but if you are open to it go to the many threads in BOTB and get a consultation from a good surgeon.
