yeah, im doing a dentist degree so im still deciding wether to eternally self inject or to go through with a sliding genioplasty (i already have a surgeon and a surgery plan done, just need the green lights from me)

look at the philtrum, now upturned. higher hyoid, tighter and longer submental area. lower mandible angle. just pay attention. all i did was fillers on the actual chin. not anywhere else

In general I’m not a fan of getting fillers first though - just get a morph done and see a professional for their opinion. Fillers only makes sense with non bone related failos (fat loss or widening of the chin etc)

idk bro, my fillers feel just like real bone, and if i have the money and means of self injecting whenever i want i think its really a tough choice to just go through with a major surgery wich can botch me, give me permanent lower lip incompetence (a not so rare, non fixable and disfiguring complication of sliding genio), etc... i think ppl should be more open to getting fillers in this forum, easy ascencions and actually easy to get, unlike surgery. anyone who keeps mentally masturbating about surgery here could just go to a clinic TODAY and ascend 1psl

If your bite is fine then genioplasty is an extremely safe and straight forward procedure. It will also look better (the actual bone will grow and be real as opposed to fake like fillers) and be permanent with no need to upkeep the aesthetic. FWIW, I have had a genioplasty 6 months ago and had 0 complications.

I personally have chin filler and cheek fillers but fillers are essentially used to mimic fat loss or used to accentuate features where surgery cannot be used.

since i made this thread i let my beard grow out and its really thick and full (never expected this). also gained 12kg muscles and got a new hairstyle. currently slaying, the beard gave me like 1psl+ and i look 5 years older lol. just slayed a 25 year old roastie the other day (im 20).
