fix your head tilt, you're clearly hiding your downward growth by tilting your head (it's bad for your neck and makes you more downward grown over the years)
the upper part of your face doesn't project much (browridge, orbitals, nasion, upper maxilla) compared to your lower maxilla
by getting a genioplasty you're basically making this uncongruency even more apparent
