Shotgunoplasty. Basically u put a shotgun at the back of the head and fire. It will fire metal projectiles into the back of ur head which will then push small parts of the maxilla bone foreward.

Srs answer. Nothing u autist. Surgery's are a roll of the dice and ur gonna fuck up ur existing face most likely by doing it. There are no good surgeries for the maxilla anyway (ppl can cope but in reality the before and afters are always shit).
