Eyes are harder to fix but what i find is the most visually capturing trait is the lower 3rd

No. Eyes are the most capturing and most compliment and most important. Eyes are window to the soul and people always look at eyes mostly.

Your eyes are what makes you YOU

You could get many surgeries, rework your entire face, and people wouldn't bat an eye

But the second you'd tough eyes, people would instantly know you had surgery (or they might not even recognize you if you havent seen each other in a long time)

Not to mention that all "eye surgeries" are cope - I havent seen a really impressive result so far (somethign like bimax results those are massive)

Indeed bro eyes are your identity. You censor someone's eyes to make them anonymous in TV. You talk to someone you look them in the eyes not on their left gonial angle. Eyes cannot be changed and are fundamental part of your skull.
