bimax + genio is ideal for us but I let my surgeon be the judge of it. definitely consider atleast a genio though.

The bone structure are good but its little bit ecessed.. Its not too bad.. Some people are just way too harsh in this sub. I rarely seen Chad jaw from people. Its rare a shit.

Thank you for your constructive comment bro, but i need to get rid of that convex profile anyway. So i added genioplasty to my looksmaxing plan already but i will think about bimax + ccw rotation. If surgeons doesn't want bimax probably i will end up with only genioplasty.
