I am doing my homework finding the best surgeon suitable for my type of nose.
I dont know yet to whom I am going but I hope after 6 months research I will find the best one.

if anything change the shape. having a big nose isnt necessarily a bad threat for men. (im not saying this because i have a big nose, im getting a rhino for mine too)

i'd make it look more straight, or lift the tip a bit. make it sharper
