Limiting myself to two meals a days. Porridge at around midday and then any grilled type of meat-meal in the evening. Doing HIIT (Sprints) during the day, as well as some weighted very small workouts using sand-filled ankle weights I'm borrowing from my roomie. It weighs up to merely 10kg though ROFL, so having to use the strictest form to get anything out of it and can only really do shoulder-press and bicep-curls. Volume reps.
That's it pretty much, really. Without gyms open I am screwed for body recomposition. If I start eating again I'll gain weight immediately, as I have no muscle for the food to source, LOL. Pisses me off. Gotta wait till 4th July.
