AM:
- Mostly fine, but I'd suggest you experiment with not cleansing your face in the morning, unless you get really oily during the night, there's no reason to cleanse first thing, your skin is clean since you cleaned it the night before, and you were indoors, in your room, sleeping all night, even then the essential oils of your skin are important for your skin barrier.
- Niacinamide serum is good.
- HA is where I have issues, it's a bullshit product, at either use the squalane oil by The Ordinary or one of their moisturizers. HA will just dry your skin since it doesn't penetrate deep inside the dermis and will just draw water to the top layers of your skin causing even more dryness because of epidermal water loss, you need a moisturizer with occlusive ingredients that avoid this water loss, HA on it's own will not cut it. Even then, if you aren't cleansing in the morning and take my advice you can skip this step entirely.
- Ideally you would be using minoxidil twice a day, so either cut out castor oil, or use them both. I personally do minoxidil and then about 30 minutes later The Ordinary Lash and Brow serum, you could do something similar with the castor oil, just avoid using them at the same time in a short period of time, and use both of them twice a day.

PM:
- Cleansing, nice. Since you probably went outside during the day, you were exposed to the outside environment, sweat, etc, your skin's now actually dirt and cleansing is smart.
- Adapalene, nice.
- Fuck HA here too
- Minoxidil, nice.

here's an updated version:

AM:
1. Water, not a cleanser, unless you really need it.
2. Niacidamide
3. HA (I would just avoid it entirely but since you were already planning on using it...) + Moisturizer/Squalane, the moisturizer or squalane are the most important step, specially if you're using HA. Ideally, skip buying a separate HA and just use Natural Moisturizer Factors + HA.
4. Minoxidil
5. (Wait 30 minutes) Castor oil

PM:
1. Cleanser
2. Adapalene
3. HA + Moisturizer/Squalane.
4. Minoxidil
5. (Wait 30 minutes) Castor oil

ACTUALLY WAIT HOW DID I NOT NOTICE, YOU ARE NOT USING A FUCKING SUNSCREEN. THAT'S BLASPHEMY BRO, SUNSCREEN IN THE AM IS MANDATORY! You plan on using Adapalene but not sunscreen? That's stupid.
