Its not 2021 anymore, get rid of ice roller, paris serum, and why in the world are u doing SPF 3x daily?? are u in sun that much or sum?

And get another topcial, tret mogs to another dimesnion for good skin. The rest is decent

looks fine tbh basic but effective, adapalene + spf will do most of the work if you’re consistent

adapalene + spf will do most of the work
this is true for 99% of skincare routines

OP if you want another heavy hitter, add microneedling combined with red light

Very weak and beta minded skin care.

This is what my dermatologist recommended.

I have non-inflammatory acne and combination skin. I will consider your opinions as well.

According to her, the reason for using SPF daily was to protect the skin barrier, since adapalene is very abrasive and tends to break down that barrier.

Adapaleen is not very abrasive, it’s pretty moderate, I have taken 60mg Accutane solo and 20mg + tret 0.025% and have NEVER used SPF more then twice daily, always once MAX, only in peak summer vacation I did that.

More than 1x daily is overkill esspecially when using only 0.1%😭😭😭😭

Adapaleen only fixes active acne, it doesn’t help any scarring or improve ur overall skins aestics enough in any way to prefers it over tretinion cream. Switch to tret asap it’s far better in the long run

If your only issue is mild acne, then the adapalene + sunscreen combo is sufficient. If you need any other improvements on skin quality or coloring, make the thread brah
