Yes I do, due to my deformed orbits (too sloped)

IRL I would say currently I am 3.5/10, I am not very literate with the PSL scale atm as I am quite new. I would give myself this rating because I am fat, but if I leanmaxxed I think I would be MTN, and once I surgerymaxx> which I have the money and low inhib to do I think I will be HTN.

Surgery plan:

1. Lefort-1 (High cut) + BSSO
2. Infraorbital malar implants
3. Canthoplasty + Lower eyelid retraction repair
4. Upper eyelid fillers (reduce UUE)
5. Fully Ablative laser resurfacing

I have the funds to do this but the limiting factor is how long it will take me to get surgery #1 as I need braces for 6-9 months from now and I can't really proceed with the others until this is done. So I should be done looksmaxing by around 22-23yo.

His face looks short because it's chubby and his forehead is covered. If he had a lean face it wouldn't look as short because it would no longer be round like that. He could also try a different hairstyle once he gets lean, one that works to make his face shape look better. Also his hair is longer on the sides right now and it's making things look even wider and shorter.

Leanmaxx + shorter sides and less hair covering the forehead and he won't be a short faced subhuman
