Lower% for easy ascend, dont loose to much muscle tho. below 15% will help alot, no need to starve yourself

just one bad thing is assymetry, you can clearly see one side is way more chizzled and just looks better, my masseter muscle on the good side is so well developed ( brad pitt level ) and other side is fucking ass

Is that not because of lighting or is it actually asymmetrical. Be awear how you chew and make sure you do it evenly on both sides. Everything will be chizzled one you get leaner anyways
