imho downward growth is the main issue. if we really wanna be honest your occipital bone is pretty protrusive (ur on the gay alien skull spectrum) but then again 1) you can't do anything about it 2) protruding occiput doesn't really failo you unless it's just disproportionate
just fix your maxilla/mandible
your skull isn't even that bad
also fix that head posture, It will ogre your maxilla even more JFL
