Rate my sleep schedule

I slept none today, from 16:00 to 21:00 yesterday, from 12:00 to 18:00 the day prior, from 10:00 to 23:00 the day before that, from 9:00 to 23:00 the day before that and none the day before that. i cant remember any further back but anyways is this a good sleep schedule for LDARing
