I workout 2 days in 1 day rest cycle.

I do triceps, biceps, chest day 1,
Back shoulders day 2,
Day 3 rest day
Day 4 glutes and abs

repeat.

please recommend some changes if theres a mistake in it

Not enough rest between workouts unless you're roiding

what do you recomend?
Day 1 workout
Day 2 rest
Day 3 rest
Day 4 workout
And so on...If you're performing intensive workouts

however if you perform light workouts i would suggest like this
Day 1 workout
Day 2 rest
Day 3 workout
And so on...

I work out everyday and feel fucking great and look fucking great aside from my face ofc

Looks like shit tbh why not just stick to the well established ones. Splits don’t matter much as long as muscle groups are getting enough rest and enough frequency of training but still.
