This isnt a stack ur litterally supplementing things u should be getting naturally jfl, take steroids and hop on 4 kilos of trenbalonie sandwhiches a day

up the dose of zinc to 50mg
get boron from raisins
use multi vit instead of b complex
up the dose of magnesium to 300mg
the dose of L-carnitine may be also to low to see notable results

I would need to know what your goal is with this stack to make recommendations about adding things or taking them out

DHTmaxxing and androgen receptor sensitivity (idk if you can improve that in other ways than resistance training)

ashwagandha 300mg before sleep, at this dose you do not need to cycle
dht-gel if you goal is a specific point like your dick

overall you will have better effects on t maxxing if you focus on exercising, sprinting, things like that and maybe having contact with girls, also boxing

Its not a supplement, but drink 2-3L daily

If it's about lowering cortisol, I don't think that would do much to me, I have finals in a month and I'm literally not stressing at all (I could be a bit autistic but who knows)

I'm gonna be stricter with my dermarolling routine and buy more L-carnitine and L-tartrate. Hope that boosts my beard growth so I can get that designer stubble to cover my feminine ass jaw :feelswah:

It is normal for the person not to notice that their cortisol level is high

If you want to dht max to get a beard, the supplements wont work, its more of a lifestyle and especially genetic thing
derma rolling is the only good solution as far as i know with minox maybe

Add copper and up the dose of zinc to 200mg+ a day for dht, add 120mg of protodioscin everyday for dht, probably supplement with dhea and shit ton of sensoril / shoden ashwagandha from Nootropics depot, dhea converts under stress i think so normally by supressing the stress hormone by adding shoden/sensoril ashwaganda or mega dose them would be beneficial, thanks for your stack tho really helpfull😃

Yeah I'm starting to think that most of these supplements are artificial and cheaply made, so the quality is questionable, you don't really know what you're putting into your body. Also most of these aren't even absorbed properly
