I think your 'friend' isn't aware MTN in the looksmaxxing community actually means being above average. He's not.
He looks droopy, a very rare case sadly, as we all know eye area is king and he lacks it, I'd try to work on fraudmaxxing and hiding / taking away attention from the eyes. (Sunglasses, cover it up with hair, etc.), even with that (And other regular shit you do: leanmaxx, skincaremaxx, etc.) he'd still have trouble in my opinion, best of luck.
