If it only was that easy I'd be at 8% bf now. I went from 197 lbs to 183 lbs in 6 months of eating in a caloric deficit + gymcelling. I couldn't go lower.who cares just be in caloric deficit and you will be lean eventually
I ate only meal a day (basically whatever plus diet soda) in 1000 calorie deficit for most of 2019 and i lost over 30 kilograms. After month of gymcelling, 1000 calorie deficit and cardio this January i went from 20% to 17% fat. I am aiming to get to 10% by April or May.If it only was that easy I'd be at 8% bf now.
