He's a french surgeon. 2mm anterior impaction 1mm posterior then 12.5mm genio around 3mm mandible advancement, some maxilla advancement 6mm maxilla expansion too via segmental 3 piece lefort.

Since your expanding ur maxilla will you have to remove braces and get them after the surgery? Also, it looks like you have a narrow jaw but will your bigonial to bizygomatic width be ideal after?

I'm wearing braces already and will after yea. Also idk but look at the morph my surgeon sent what do you think of it? The left is now the right is how my bones should look like after surgery.

It looks way better, no downward growth and good advancements, you should ascend quite a bit. When are you doing it?

idk my surgeon won't do big mandible advancement cause it would make bite unstable. And he said I can't get big rotation because my occlusal plane is flat.

fuck true probably. Ig the surgeon is tryna mask that with genio and bonegrafting. Probably wont get enough airway gains from that alone tho.
