Mouth wash (for breath)

Half a cup of Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with half a cup of water swishing in mouth for 30 seconds

Flossing

These are all adequate components of dental hygiene, but if you're looking for true teeth whitening, then the only device that is FDA approved, and will deliver clinical effects, is Phillip's Zoom whitening system - which can only be administered by dental clinicians, in a dental practice.

Costs a few hundred dollars, but it's semi-permanent and delivers clinical results.

hydrogen peroxide is cope. it doesnt work and damages your enamel longterm. just have laser teeth whitening, it costs like 200-300$
