Seems to covers the basics

If you don't mind the extra cost then coq10, creatine, niacinamide and alpha gpc together is really good for energy. Skyrocketed my energy and libido + physical performance in general

what are these doing? im not taking creatin because I dont wanna spike dht because of hairless

Alpha gpc is very safe and increases cognitive function as well as isometric strength. Increases fat oxidation.

Coq10 and niacinamide helps with atp

Costs me about 60USD a month, though I live in Asia. Pricing may vary for you.

These aren't really expensive any of them really, and if you can't find alpha GPC you could sub with CDP. It's basically a choline supp, an important neurotransmitter your brain uses. Just stay away from Choline bitartrate, it's not as bioavailable and won't cross the brain blood barrier as well.

Coq10 and creatine achieves the same thing, increasing ATP in your body, but Creatine does it better, regardless both would work.

Niacinamide is overall good for NAD+ so it will give you more energy, collagen etc.

I would add melatonin even if you're sleep is ok, also why cant you just go outside for the Vit D

live In germany so u dont get vitamin d in winter even if I would still supplement unless u work out outside or sth
