live In germany so u dont get vitamin d in winter even if I would still supplement unless u work out outside or sthI would add melatonin even if you're sleep is ok, also why cant you just go outside for the Vit D
You’d have to be outside all day for you vitamin D levels to be perfect, the only people that have that naturally are surfers. + why would you want to risk your skin getting irritated?
