thank you 🙏. I started to change when i changed my lifestyle to a healthy one, i think it’s all about your hormones (higher testosterone - better and healthier appearance)

i would recommend to spend money on a full check up and check all your hormones, vitamins, minerals, then go to a therapist and fix all the vitamin deficiencies etc. Fixing microbiome and gut health, avoiding allergies, caffeine(doubtful), salt, sugar, smoking, alcohol, drugs. Eat more vegetables, meat, eggs, yogurt etc (basically natural animal food) and try to eat less carbs and more protein. I eat 2 times a day so its much easier to control weight + your body will say thank you for letting your stomach rest (most people’s stomach always digests some food like bars etc and it’s really bad for your central nervous system (which in my opinion play crucial role in health and hormone system), drinking enough water is also essential thing, but i think you should drink too much 2.5-3 litres is enough. Quality sleeping routine is extremely important as well. Kidney is very important as it affects the water balance in the body, so if you kidney is fine you will not be bloated (and if you eat enough potassium and avoid sugar). And of course lifting weights and cold shower are super beneficial things.
