Yeah, the risk of blindness is real, even if not that high.
I think I'd be okay going blind from one eye to get it tho

Do you think the orbital decompression alone would be enough, like the other guys say, or do I need something else?
Wouldn't my eyes look too far apart afterwards if they're smaller?

Yeah, that's consistent with what people irl tell me.
At least I look a lot younger than I actually am, guess that counts for something.
More time to fix the gollum face before I start looking old

U need orbital decompression your eyes are completely wide open and bulging out the skull. Thats obviously the main failo, your other failos are:

-Weirdly gray skin color
-Thin neck
-Narrow jaw short ramus
-Short lower third (roughly 32.8% of facial height)
-Bad forehead contour from the side as well as a very obtuse nasofrontal angle

Overall id have to say LTN but u have potential
