Is it safe to put on muscle when my bone structure is this fucking shit and narrow? I have never trained in my life, not once. My wrists measure at 5.8, they just never grew. Is this a sign of autism? I am hypermobile as well. Is there anything that can be done for my pathetically narrow subhuman dolicephalic wrists?

so over, no amount of muscle will change that, you can get bigger forearms but the wrists will still be that narrow, there are no muscles you can target you grow your wrists. Maybe get Synthol or filler injected.

So that's it, there's nothing that can be done about these pathetic wrists? Why didn't they grow? I noticed they were tiny since about age 6. I think breaking my nose and mouth-breathing caused this tbh

if you are underweight (<19 bmi) your wrists can still grow if you gain weight (mine have). i was around 6 inch when i was 58kg at 5'10, now they are around 6.5 inch (still small) at 68kg from gym for 1 year from 20 to 21 years old.

train your forearms and start wearing a watch for one wrist and any other accessory for the other one

shit frame, genetics, low-calcium during puberty(unlikely) and jfl, it's not mouth breathing

heavy benching, hammer curls, hanging eventually hanging with weights

You can lift, but its not gonna do shit. There just isn't enough space on your bones for muscles to attach to. You'd likely cap out your genetic potential in a few months of training.

No, your brain will limit the amount of weight you can lift. It knows your bone structure and won't allow you to put excess force on your body to the point of damage.

@tents out of curiosity, how much do you weigh? The only thing I’d suggest to you is to gain weight. I didn’t really train for long enough but mine looked better when I was ~10 kgs heavier. Even though your wrists will remain the same size, they’ll look much better if you train your forearms and put on a lot of weight.

Thin wrists look better with muscles than really fat ones prob. Look at david laid and zyzz

Wrists are small, but if you have big wrists your hands look small in proportion so it's kind of a wash.
