What rating am I currently bulking so I'm bloated asf 179cm 14 n hair shit but fuck it

skin texture, ear flare, and bloat. im guessing a 5 finger forehead by the recession on the corners.
 
honest tho your young so theres alot of potential to be had. surgery for the ears maybe later down the line. but if you just softmax while your young and eat right i promise youll come out at least hmtn

Yeah I've been softmaxing for 2 years and shi to have good end to my growth

soft max also includes diet tho. dye the eyebrows and grow some lashes for at least a little appeal boost

ye im eating a bit dirty to gain weight but as soon as im at my goal ill go back to my clean eating

dirty bulk is like the anti looks max. just get good nutrition while your young so your bones actaully grow and form nicely. dirty bulk all you want when your a little older

Do you have any food recommendations for a bulk I even take mass gainer because I don't eat as much

meat, red meat, more meat. milk, eggs, butter. carb cycle if you really want. chicken thighs are goated. i spam banana pancakes. its just 4 eggs and 2 bananas all mushed together and then fried. lots of good cheese is crazy calorie dense but also sodium filled. its never easy to lean bulk but its worth it for aethetic purposes
