What would you guys rate him? Born is Switzerland, 6'10", and plays center for the NBA.

His main fails to me are his negative CT, upper eye lid exposure, and huge nose.

Yeah id rate around 4 or 4.5. He's body, height, and status helps me alot.

What if he had a positive CT, hooded eyes, and a sharp straight nose? What would his PSL be?

True but he has a very masculine face and good bone structure. What would his PSL be if he has good eye area, hooded eyes, and straight sharp nose (he would look weird with a small nose due to his body and face type)?

I think he's fucked up nose fits he's masculine face and pheno. Putting a european nose on him would look weird. If he's nose was straighter, it would be better.
