disclaimer ive already been leanmaxxing for 2 months now and have dropped around 25lbs give or take so please don't question my dedication, but i was way too aggressive in my leanmaxxing approach that im changing it up now to prevent any growth stunting because im high inhib as fuck

2000 cals daily
1 hour incline treadmill (burns around 568kcal)
10,000 steps (burns around 364kcal)
since i'll be burning about 900 extra calories i'll be in a decent deficit and losing around ~1.8lbs per week
planning to keep this going until im happy with results
