disclaimer ive already been leanmaxxing for 2 months now and have dropped around 25lbs give or take so please don't question my dedication, but i was way too aggressive in my leanmaxxing approach that im changing it up now to prevent any growth stunting because im high inhib as fuck

stats:

5'9.5
145.6lbs
like 16-17% bf rn

the plan
2000 cals daily
1 hour incline treadmill (burns around 568kcal)
10,000 steps (burns around 364kcal)

since i'll be burning about 900 extra calories i'll be in a decent deficit and losing around ~1.8lbs per week

planning to keep this going until im happy with results

i only need to lose like 10-12lbs, rather do it slow and steady to prevent binging and shit bc i have time before summer comes

the thing that stunts growth is nutrient intake not calories consumed


if u just be eating goyslop u might as well lower calories

acc ur right i made the mistake of eating nothing when cuttinglast year and it stunded my growth

eating healthy and varied, get your vitamins nutrients and minerals in with the least amount of cals necessary

What’s your take on extended fasting? Eating one meal every other day or every 2 days? Is that too extreme? Or is it essential for lowering body fat under a short period of time?

I could probably manage it but it’s only so I can 100% ensure I’m getting maximum growth while still losing fat cheating the system type shit

I honestly think at 15 what's left to develop is minimal and you won't magically alter your future self via just eating more. one of the plain delusions apparent on this site is with a few changes you can alter yourself at 15 to 18 from incel loser to latent pretty boy slayer. My vegetarian soy eating uncle ( not exxageration btw ) is 6ft3 jacked and grew up in rural Malaysia. I ate well, grew up in a much better environment and now I'm ugly, skinny and only 5ft11.

It's natural to side to extremes and look for shortcuts/esoteric methodology in activities of this nature ( long and drawn out journey with deflating visual progress for confidence ) but overly doing the micromanaging is plain mental illness

High calorie clean diet coupled with weightlifting is good ( I frankly only saw results after stuffing my face 24/7 )

Morning fasted and HIIT cardio is good but I've heard ( from Greg Doucette lol ) that slow state cardio is best for building muscle ) my brother is a jacked and lean and he does HIIT + high calorie diet so there's an anecdote.
