idk. my test is 700ng/dl rn

it was never about testosterone amount. it never was. your prenatal testosterone must have been 0 and if you're receiving 700 ng then your body must have low androgen sensitivity.

you're 17 right? i'll bet on you. men's back typically v-out by 23 without the gym. even though you're skinny fat i would still lean bulk. eat how you normally would but with chicken and protein shakes too. if you train legs and lower back then those wide hips will look less birthy. spam pullups, pushups, and tricep dips. i dont want you in the gym on a machine when there's nothing to sculpt.

the legs and lower back can be basic goblet squats and dumbbell rdl, no gym needed yet.

its your whole build but if you target the shoulders with tricep dips, pullups, and pushups. also while gaining mass by eating more protein (more calories) then your waist will look smaller. holding more muscle means more androgen and that 700 ng will be put to use. if you go on roids and quit then you ruined you're high t numbers before they can be tested.

yeah ik if im going to blast i would do it for some years. about the calories, im starvemaxxing rn, tired of looking fat and not having abs :feelsuhh: idk what to do
 
do not do that shit. being skinny fat is tricky but you dont cut weight unless you have rolls. just recomp your body. by maintaining the same calories and increasing muscle-gaining activity you will look better. you have high testosterone levels and haven't even started training seriously. if you blast you'll just be covered in acne and look wrinkly. be patient and train for 6 months.
