And while osteotomies and distraction osteogenesis can change your bones to some degree, most surgeons aint gonna do that shit on people who dont have a legit reason. Im getting MSE and IMDO in a year and a bit because I have narrow palate and overbite not because I want to on a whim. On the other hand, one can mentally masturbate over surgeries theyll never be able to get, or actually make a change in their life.
