ur side profil is at the very minimum high mtn maybe even low htn not really sure but ur hailos are prominent cheek bones and a good ramus that is nicely shaped, looks like u could maybe even have a good gonial angle which pretty much just means the “hollow cheeks “ look without necessarily having actually hollow cheeks . Ur side profil failos are a flat eyebrow bridge and also a thin neck which makes u look less masculine, the ideal neck width/size should be the same width as ur head but it’s not really that important honeslty . And ur front face has a few failos as example puffy eye bags , downturned eye brows and a big upper lip that protrudes more than ur lower one and for hailos is ur clean skin and deep set eyes and also under average upper eye lid exposure . U could do neck exercises to thicken it and make u look a little more masculine . For the eye bags u can use caffeine eye cream that can make them over time less noticeable and if u want u can rub ice cubes on it in the morning but it’s not that effective and also not lasting . For ur eyebrow tilt u can use minoxidil or finisteride to make them grow thicker and longer and afterwards shape them with either a eyebrow shaver or tweezer ( don’t recommend tho cause it hurts and takes longer ) if u want u can already shape them as they are right now but it doesn’t seem like they’re big enough for good results . But in all honesty ur over average and have a very good side profil also all ur failos aren’t that brutal and can all be fixed
