How long have u been lifting for + natural?
Proportions could be better + u have gyno but still very good.
With how much muscle mass you already have, I'd opt to be leaner bf% though progress will be slower. But if lifting is your vocation it makes sense to be bulked as you are.

Top tier. How long did it take u. Also did u use anabolics?
around 1 year after a long ibd flareup so most of that is muscle memory from my prior years training + mk677 which actually helped pack on some good size

No finasteride isn't toxic, it's actually great for preventing prostate cancer. I do experience heightened anxiety and lower libido due to some of the downstream effects it has but I'll take that over being bald

Most tall people have strange frames, wide pelvic bones. Don’t know why ??

Maybe too high IGF-1 causing more growth of the pelvis?

Around 6’2 I think. You have some lucky people like David laid tho.

Alternatively, you can just have a huge frame overall. Wide pelvis, waist but huge rib cage and clavicles. Like the Rock and Dolph.

nah your obliques and your pelvic girdle are very good, your actual ab inserts arent quite as good
A solid pelvic girdle in line with your waist is a huge underrated aspect.

criminally underrated, imo its the genetic difference that separates the good physiques from the great.

If Laids pelvis was even slightly wider than his ribcage he wouldn't have had a slither of the success he has today.

Because it’s extremely rare to be tall, wide framed and have a small pelvis inline with a small waist. Most tallcels with wide frames have blocky midsections which disrupts symmetry and flow. Laid doesn’t have this issue.

Theoretically though, can’t you expand the rib cage or at least work on the muscles attached to it to give a better look ?

This is something I’ve been looking into, and seen some people do it with good results.

yeah you can definitely expand the ribcage. can't recall what exercises do this other than dumbell pullovers but i can be done.
this sorta look is best achieved with bones but you can also train the obliques and abs to get a similiar effect.
