good physique, small forearms, biceps also look small but maybe thats just the angle

id say 7/10, definitely way better than the average physique of a guy, but you can still improve a lot

im not sure if ur below 10% bodyfat, maybe 11-12

I did 3 scans. 8.2, 9.9 and 9.0 were the results. It was pretty accurate cuz it used electrodes
