I dont really know anything about looksmaxxing. I just really want to improve how i look, i am extremely underweight and i know that going to the gym would help but i want other advice than that.
 


 
I dont know why it js sent 3, but i weigh 140
 
tbh with height and pretty good features i’d say hmtn with htn potential id say cut the front part of ur hair a little get a mod and try do something w ur eyes fix eyebags, small mouth but nothing important, for the gym js start being consistent before trying to do so many thing at once( like supplements) js basic push pull legs should do, drink a lot of water. once you get the consistent work start adding more food and protein to ur meals shakes are a extremely easy way to consume calories.

Everything here makes alot of sense, i just forgot to put a little disclaimer about the hair. I shampooed it today so its way flatter than normal, but usually its more so of a fluffier mod. I can try to find photos of what it normally looks like but its js super bad rn
