17yr, 180cm, 65kg, i have severe underbite, and deviated septum, is it possible to tell if i have any potential after i get bimax for underbite and then barces + palate expander, and rhino for deviated septum? , and how can i improve while waiting for surgery?

ohhhh, thanks for pointing that out, but my dad is 44 now and his hairline is only reducing a little, i think i just have thin hair (lets hope so)

Also considering you are doing bimax for underbite you want to do the expansion before. Because it's hard to do the expansion with all the screws inside. Also you may want to fix septum after both MSE and bimax as those can either cause or fix septum deviation

Also in the bimax you want both widening of the condyles and CCW rotation + genio to make the chin vertically high. Be careful with your TMJs up till surgery so don't chew or anything stupid before.

yea i was planning on doing rhino last. But mse first? since i can only get braces after bimax, and i thaught i should have mse and braces at the same time?

I mean it might be for free but you should still request it, it's your face afterall so don't cheap out or be stupid about it. I mean maybe they don't do anything to lower jaw ? Just ask them about the plan and be aware or maybe even do a consult with a blackpilled surgeon and try to mimic that plan with your free surgeon

probably mid - high mtn, you look like messi in my opinion. after you get a surgeries, you will be potentially mid-high htn (possibly cl, i think?). you have a long face, which is good, and when u get expander ur face will become much more wide so it will be a lot better.
the surgeries will completely ascend you. just get bimax after getting expander because bimax can ruin ur expander result i think.
my biggest recommendation is to get off this forum, it is going to ruin ur life in the long run, just enjoy life and have fun, gym max for better physique and just go outside and such

your face is already pretty long…not bad because your jaw is more defined…however your haircut ruins it because it makes your face look even longer. The sides are way too short…grow the hair out on the sides

step 1: figure out your face shape. you need three measurements (forehead, cheeks, jaw) it seems like your inverse triangle or diamond can’t tell but figure it out then find videos and site for your shape

your face won’t look long after that..it’s because of your hair on the sides…trust..your good

Yea i got oval but ig it harder to see in the pics i sent, and yea in trying grow my hair overall, but wouldnt smth like a slickback be bad since i alr have a long head and that would make the top longer, instead of having the hair down?

yea slick back wouldn’t suit…i think the whole points is that you want to reduce the difference between the sides and top…just try letting the sides grow…i think a 90s mod cut will suit you really well…try it out!

just tell him your growing it and just need the neckline touched up…otherwise let it grow, i wouldn’t touch it at all tbh til your ready for the haircut

use beanies and hats for like a month or two during the awkward stage

I’m new here so take what i say lightly but from what I can see so far your htn and can ascend even further…
i’m an artist so i’m intrigued about this trend from a totally different perspective
you def don’t need surgeries either for now just let your bones grow
really solid base
