KSI is a great example of how the gym can benefit you, but he definitely had other things done, regarding his jaw/teeth for a long time.

This guy was a nerd, binge ate shit, and look at his brother Deji.. that is how he was destined to end up. After the Joe Weller fight, he got very fucking lean, same with Logan.. and although I wouldn't say he was a mogger, he definitely looked better than a high percentage of people around him, and he'd definitely do well with woman.

I think his ''ego character'' came into play, he had always been the nice guy, and wanted to portray the bad guy.. but now, with his successful music career, he's realised he doesn't need to spend every day working out to get lean as fuck, because I think he's happy with his money, and where he is in life. He felt the need to bulk to beat Logan, who was much taller.

I think KSI in that era looked great, tough and definitely a surprise considering what he came from.
