How are my ratios without showing face? I have an ideal pheno and coloring which i feel like people base half my rating on, so i wanna know how my structure sounds like in isolation.

Eye Spacing: 1.0 (Exactly 1 eye)
IPD: 64mm
ICD: 31mm
PFL: 31mm
PFH: 8mm
Canthal Tilt: 8 Degrees left, 6 degrees right
UEE: Moderate
Browridge: Not flat/recessed but only slightly protruding
Maxilla: Flat + Downgrown (Brutal)
FWHR: 1.76
TFWHR: 1.43
MFR: 0.92
Mouth to nose: 1.5
Chin to philtrum: 2.5

Facial Length (Hairline to tip of chin): 205mm
Bizygomatic Width: 143mm
Long Ramus
Gonial Angle: 118

Anything else you need to know? I'm planning to get a CCW Le Fort 2 which would absolutely ascend me in every way possible as it would shorten my midface and fix both the downgrowth and flatness (Ill fix the lower third downgrowth with a sliding genioplasty)

Bro we’re similar asf i have ideal coloring 44 esr 1 eye spacing 63-64 mm ipd 32 mm icd, pct, slight uee, a30 eyes, flat long downgrown maxilla and downgrown lower third, long ramus, 1.8 fwhr .87 mfr except my browridge is ogre. I wanted to get a ccw lf2 aswell but in reality I don’t think it can shorten midface bc think ab it, ur not rotating the zygos and the entire infras only the maxilla so how can the bone be shortened? idk if it’s possible tbh especially with how the soft tissue would follow it

Peanut + Horsed needs some cheekbone work and maybe more upper lip, ur not supposed to have .92 mfr w .448 ESR

143mm bizygo w 64mm IPD = 44.8% esr
64mm IPD w 69mm midface = .92

I don’t think my cheekbones need work theyre wider than average but my face is too long in proportion bcs of downgrowth so i need surgeries to counter that like sliding genio & ccw lf2
