could help at young age ig and chin tucks are good for posture, and neck curls for thicker neck are always great, but exercises like this wont fix ur short mandiblei think, but u are 15 try it out, cant hurt

his lower third proportion is actually ideal, so its just his nose thats short and it makes his lower third look taller

his lower third proportion is actually ideal, so its just his nose thats short and it makes his lower third look taller

when they lengthen the nose they can also rotate it down and yes this is what ive been saying thank you for restating it again.

the nasal length is a part of the midface measurement, u just dont know what ur talking about dude.

his nasal width-height ratio is 0.61 and the ideal is 0.62-0.88 but in his case it might look better being somewhere in the middle of ideal for it to balance the lower third.

but honestly its just his lips being underprojected since every single lip assessment is off, the nasal tip angle, and nasal length and rotation are also off

his total facial convexity and browridge inclination angle are also off because of the lack of browridge projection.

so boom problem solved
