I have it too idk, I think its from over cleansing, so I switch to only once a day really gentle and cream aswell. It nerfs me so much

I cleanse once a day but iv had it on my cheeks for like 5 years and it hasn’t gone away

Have they always been red? If so it's genetics. You could try niacinamide which should help. Tretinoin will help long term, but make it worse short term. Also for a temp fix, use CC cream.
