This is the only reasonable recommendation you can get here OP.

At 14 improving anything beyond this (+strength training and learning some basic social skill), won't matter untill your puberty is done or almost done.

I do i stopped eating sugar alltogether and barely eat salt and mostly eat natural foods

Nothing just if anyone reverse image searches your face this might pop up, that's why you use Imgur so you can delete it whenever you want

Image hosting app, I'm not very versed in using it you can ask @Gengar about it, only reason I can recommend using it is because you can't edit this thread after a certain time and remove the image unless you pay @Master

We removed the rule, actually. Or rather, Master did. Now we delete threads for free if they contain your picture.

I turned they turned his face into an emoji over at lolcow farms or something. Just lol at that. Lebgfinal was always the opposite of Islamophobic I’ve noticed, or at least those were the vibes I got from him. Or I’m just confusing it for his non-racist stance.

He's a nice guy but there's this specific person on tiktok with the handle @bpfemcel14 who harasses him and asks him for more content and threatens him if he doesn't send them over it's all on his threads
