I don't like smiling because it hurts

Fix up on your skin, Would suggest shaving off the clear mustache.
Would dye eyebrows and eyelashes 1-2 tones darker.
Healthmax through BOTB and then thats about it.

I was told that my mustache could help make my thin lips look more tolerable, should I try to dye it? Also should I cut off the sideburns too?

He looks "sad and depressed" because he has no upper lip.

Overlooked that aspect, however fat grafting would be more ideal. No need to dye the mustache you actually need the hairs to grow longer and thicker. Dermastamp and minox for that. If it still looks too light then dye it. I would trim the sideburns yes
