1. workout 5-6 days a week - glutes and waist
2. go to doctors check for hormone deficiencies and get them helped (NHS)
3. minidoxil for eyebrows and lashes (when thick enough make them upturnt straight )
4.gluhtonie iv drip once a week for a month then once or twice a month for upkeep
MAYBE : lip filler 1ml

this is ok guide, but if an female has an pure estrogenic body = your kids are going to look good, so probably should add some stuff for breasts and breastfeeding, otherwise if it was for an female that just pumps out kids and doesnt see them again yeah this seems ok for them
 
Pretty good maybe you could do exogenous e2 as well
