According to numerous studies local igf1-des is 10x better than subq lr3. Not sure on the difference between HGH and des but I think it's kinda obvious which will promote bone growth better.

HGH . Exogenous HGH will lead the liver to produce supraphysiological concentrations therefore no need for LR3 . If you want IGF Id recommend IGF -DES instead . It is in and out of your system quick unlike LR3 and DES is also local /paracrine unlike LR3 which after injecting goes endocrine

I have seen some people do this.It is quite tricky so you might want to learn a little more about endocrinology before proceeding. Anyways, It would be better for you to do CJC 1295 +Ipa . Do it before sleeping , fasted 3 hours prior. Pin CJC +IPA then wait for 25 minutes before pinning GH . Some bodybuilders that use huge amounts of Insulin do this.
