They look completely normal to me—look pretty much exactly how his eyes looked even before he got fillers. You might just have a natural bias towards more rounded eyes.

I think the only thing that looks off about his eyes is how large his irises are relative to his sclera—not so much whites are visible on either side of each iris. I have 12.5-13mm irises and I still have more lateral sclera visible, so he likely has both large irises and low PFL—with dark irises it can look soulless.
