No this is not a "safe place" for people as young as you who can't even be rated properly as they haven't even grown yet. Go live your life. One advice you only need to grow up and look better is to not sit at home rotting in your room. Go outside in the sun and play some sports (dont forget your sunscreen and drink a ton of water (3L ideally). Not only you will protect your skin but you can also increase testosterone. Which for you is extremely important as you go through puberty. Make sure you eat unprocessed healthy foods, you can have junk food here and there but make sure you're eating clean in general. DO NOT GAME and if you do then game for like 3 hours MAX. Don't pull all nighters with your stupid friends playing fortnite. For your age you need minimum 8-9 hours of sleep.
